Fellowships in Elvenar have a four-tier management structure. This is explained below:
In Fresh Frontier, the managemenst is as follows:
Mages:Kazobel, Ranger & Lane
Ambassadors:jess11, Knightsbane, Trokar and BeeK
How do I become an Ambassador?
Simple really. To become an Ambassador, you need to be active, both in the game and also in chat. You need to regularly give neighbourly help to the whole fellowship and to sometimes offer up trades.
Ambassadors are also strongly encouraged to look out for potential good new recruits to the fellowship.
There is no limit to the number of Ambassadors that will be made. If you meet the criteria - you're in
I'm already an Ambassador, now how do I become a Mage?
To make the step to Mage, I would expect to see a firm commitment, not only to being active and growing, but to being a team-player. This means regularly helping other members of the fellowship in chat, for example, through trades and answering questions and encouraging others in all aspects of the game. In addition, I would expect to see some effort made towards recruiting new members, either alone or working with me as Archmage.
Mages are encouraged to be active deputy leaders of the fellowship and to provide leadership when the Archmage is offline, I would expect all other members to respect and act on advice/directions from Mages.
As the fellowship's management, I will limit the number of Mages (including the Archmage) to 20% of the fellowship. This means that with the current member limit of 25, I will not make more than 4 Mages at any one time.
So there you have the fellowship's management structure. Any questions, just ask!
